The new FX3 is a breakthrough with the 24 nozzle axes all independent and reliable pick and place concept. Each head incorporates a LNC60 laser sensor. Six-nozzle simultaneous on-the-fly recognition allows high speed, high precision placement from 01005 up to 33.5mm square components. No complex and maintenance intensive rotary head for the high speed pick and place. In order to keep a high machine uptime JUKI use the 100% maintenance free linear motor driven X/Y axis system with magnetic linear encoder system.
